It is expected that all programmes shall include pre-course preparation by the students; case studies produced by the learners; self-directed learning elements; critical exploration of models and concepts; a short end of course work based assignment; online feedback and in-course coaching.
Should it be required by the client, individual post course coaching sessions are available at a cost of £250 per hour per coacher. These can be provided to the students and to their managers. It is recommended that post course coaching is designed into the programme at the development stage.
All programmes are fully evaluated against criteria agreed with the client in the developmental phase.
All programmes involve the student and the facilitators working on actual work based case studies provided by the student.
Class groups are of 10-12 people.
Terms of Agreement
We accept contracts for the design, development and delivery of our work based programmes on signing a binding contract, usually of three years fixed duration. Contracts shall be renewed annually on the anniversary of first signing. Contracts may be terminated by mutual agreement provided that thirty days notice is provided after month ten that the contract is not to be renewed. Development work begins on an upfront payment often of the 40% of the cost of development of each nominated programme.
The remaining development costs are payable when the client agrees to the content and format of the relevant workshop programme. Until the cleared funds have arrived with the suppler’s bankers the IP for all programmes remains solely the property of the supplier. Thereafter the IP shall belong to the client and the supplier in equal shares.
