Introduction
Selling high value solutions to CxOs it involves not only understanding your own product range in depth, it involves obtaining a deep understanding of how to create value for the customer. How to prepare a meaningful value proposition;
How to make the initial approach to a CFO;
How to speak to the CFO and secure a meeting;
How to discuss value creation issues with the CFO;
How to present a business case to the board to directors;
How to close the deal.
