The company won a tender for undertaking a training needs analysis for the Coastguard. This was a six-month long project and involved visiting coastguard stations around the United Kingdom to scope the project and to interview key staff in order to produce appropriate questionnaires and to assess the learning styles of key employees. Using the Myers Brigg approach, we produced a detailed report, which enabled the Agency to develop appropriate and detailed job descriptions, and training programmes for all grades and categories of staff.
